The New Horizons After School Program (ASP) is offered Monday-Thursday for Elementary students. Students who attend are welcomed with a snack and given the opportunity to receive extra help with schoolwork. They also get the chance to participate in a wide variety of activities including crafting, athletics, and community service. For more information, contact ASP Program Director Jennifer Higgins at 406-295-4321 ext. 3 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mission Statement: To provide a safe and healthy after school environment that strengthens academic achievement, encourages social and emotional well-being and facilitates family and community involvement.
Thanks in part to generous donations and grants last year we are able to start at the normal time. The first day of ASP will be September 3rd. 2nd through 8th grade students are welcome as well as Kindergarten and 1st grade siblings. Some age exceptions will be considered, please contact Jennifer Higgins for more information.
With this said, it is important to note that the program is still seeking donations and grants to ensure continuation of the program through the end of the year. Also, the program is always looking for community members willing to share their talents and hobbies with students at the After School Program.
If your student was registered with the program last year, please fill out a new registration form this year. Sometimes things change and it is important for your child’s safety and our record keeping that we have current information. Thank you.
Please contact us at anytime. We are looking forward to another fun year at ASP!
Jennifer Higgins, ASP Director
